Antoinette is a Lecturer at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

An ardent WSET Certified Wine Educator, Antoinette is a WSET Diploma Regional Award Winner. As founder of Wine For Life Learning, Antoinette has many years of experience in the wine trade from Wine Sales & Marketing Manager at one of the largest independent wine & spirit agencies in Canada through to wine buying as one of twelve Directors of the Independent Wine Buying Consortium (UK) and wine project management at SA Brains Brewery & Company (Cardiff, Wales).
